Construction of a detailed wedding day timeline & ceremony guide
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding
Final detail call(s) the week leading up to your wedding
Coordination & execution of ceremony rehearsal
Wedding Day Inclusions:
A detail oriented, experienced & professional day of bestie to bring your special day to life
Execution of wedding day from beginning until end
Checking in with bridal party throughout the day & assisting when needed
Coordinating and fully executing the setup of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces
Additional setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, signs, photobooth, favors, etc.
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors, ensuring arrival times are being met throughout the day
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers
Distribute Final Payments & gratuities to vendors
Partnering with photographer to successfully execute first look (if applicable)
Directing the ceremony processional & recessional
There to assist bride with bustle or any refresh needed throughout the evening
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Deal with any unforeseen hiccups, allowing you, your family & friends to have a stress-free day
10 hours of day of assistance (additional hours available upon request)
