ABOUT AFE
Hi! My name is Ashley Miller. My business name, Ashley Fidler Events also known as AFE was created prior to me getting married in 2022. I loved my maiden name so was more than happy to keep it as part of my business’s identity! Ashley Fidler Events was born in 2018 out of a passion for helping other people. Taking part in one of the most momentous day in ones life is a privilege. I take great pride in my job and have a meticulous eye for bringing your vision to life. Through strategic partnerships formed over the years, I’ve learned to be flexible and accommodating to each client’s unique needs and preferences. My education in Event Planning and experience selling, booking and planning large weddings and functions at some of the finest venues in Boston have left me with an infinite knowledge on all things weddings.
HOW DID YOUR JOURNEY AS A WEDDING PLANNER BEGIN?
I have been passionate about events ever since I was a kid. I used to draw pictures of wedding dresses and glamorize anything that had to do with them. The first wedding I attended I was the flower girl. I remember even at such a young age how happy everyone was and how special I felt being a small part of my aunt and uncles’ special day. Ever since I have wanted to continue being a small part in as many “special days” as I can. A wedding is one of the most momentous days of a couple’s journey together. Being there leading up to the big day and taking part in putting it all together gives me so much joy. The happiness that exudes at a wedding is unlike anything in this world and I am lucky I get to experience it over and over month by month.
